Four questions

Four questions for your next team meeting:

  1. What are we doing well that we are proud of and that deserve a moment in the spotlight?

  2. What are we doing that we need to eliminate that prevents us from getting on with valuable work?

  3. What do we need create that is missing from our work and that would add value to our stakeholders?

  4. What do we need to recognise as annoying, irritating or frustrating but we need to put up with, at least for the moment and suck it up and move on?

Give the team time to think through each of them. Make sure you give people space to reflect, think and discuss,. You need to collect the ideas and discuss how to implement them
