We have worked with many executive and senior leadership teams. We often experience a room full of talented people who have a tough job in front of them. Leading a business is not easy and our role is to support them as they make sense of the challenges they face and help them improve how they collaborate and work together as a team.

Through our work in this area, we have identified a number of core themes that go some way to defining a team functioning at the highest level. We have represented these themes as segments on this circle. We use it to explore strengths and areas of potential improvement/development.

This blog will present some of our core ideas and is designed to trigger reflection and action from those working at the sharp end of the organisation.
